Actually, it's hard for me to write anything about their food because they're so good about changing up their menu and having new things. They're really big on creativity and using local ingredients. For example, they got a boatload of millet sometime back and start asking around what people thought they should make from it to sell. Said webpage will also tell you their schedule, menus, and whatnot. Overall, it's typically American comfort food, but I've seen items with the occasional Mexican or Italian or Greek influence. Great prices, fun, and carefully thought out dishes. Prepare yourself to wait for a bit after ordering. Staff are super friendly and open about any questions you have about the food. In general, they tend to be very responsive about feedback and ideas you may have. Mostly though, VIEW THEIR WEBSITE (as provided above). They provide the menu for each event on Facebook, announce special events and where they're going to be on Twitter, and their website (emtfoodtruck.com) has a calendar summarizing where they'll be and what kind of weather that day will be having. Speaking as someone who had dropped by one day without realizing that it was going to rain? This is very convenient. Like a number of noteworthy local restaurants, there are a number of local food trucks that you'll find at pretty much every big local event (festivals and such). This is one of them.
