I ordered the "Pink and Pearly" premium bouquet and paid $165 for the largest size, plus $9.99 for balloons. I understand seasonal substitutions happen -- that is not what occurred here. What was delivered bore little resemblance to the arrangement advertised on their own website. The bouquet is specifically described as being "studded with pearls and woven with gossamer ribbon." There were no pearls. No ribbon. Nothing even close. Those are not minor substitutions -- those are defining features of the design. The flowers themselves were underwhelming and unacceptable for a "premium" arrangement. The bouquet was small, some petals were MISSING and others were visibly drooping on arrival. It looked like something hastily assembled (and purchased at a gas station) not a $165 arrangement. Even more concerning: the balloons I paid extra for were never delivered at all. I contacted the owner immediately to give them an opportunity to address this privately. It has now been five days with zero response. No explanation. No accountability. No attempt to make it right. When you charge premium prices, you are expected to deliver premium quality -- or at the very least communicate when you fall short. Neither happened here.
