So disappointed! My husband bought me flowers for Mother's Day. Together we decided that it would be fun to let the designer put something together. What we received was so far below our expectations. There were plenty of blooms, which was nice, but they were mounded in a very cheap looking container. Three stocks of tall white flowers were tucked in helter-skelter. It looked like old fashioned TV rabbit ears with one extra. These flowers made the entire arrangement look lopsided, and not in a good way. We spent more money than usual on this arrangement. I could have done something better for less than half the price with grocery store flowers. What a lt down. read more

Purchased their "Designers Choice" bouquet for $100. I asked continuously asked them to send me a picture before it ships. They blocked my phone number the third time I asked. They completely ignored me, so I asked my customer to send me a picture. It was a $29.95 bouquet, and I saw then why they didn't want me to see it. I will never order from them again and would recommend anyone else not to use them. I wish I had saved the picture to post on here, but I deleted it after I showed it to my assistant. read more

The manager was extremely rude to my mother (who is only two days into recovery from colon cancer surgery) after roses arrived twice in terrible condition. Both times, the flowers were wilted, with petals falling off during delivery, and the vases contained discolored, foul-smelling water. This is unacceptable, especially for an arrangement costing over $100. The delivery person called and put the manager on speaker phone and she responded: "Well I'm not making them a third time!"--hardly the service you expect from a florist claiming to be "committed to delivering your floral arrangement as fresh and beautiful as possible." She did agree to refund the sender but insisted on charging two delivery fees, even though my mother lives only 1.2 miles away and no such policy is disclosed. To make matters worse, they took back both arrangements. Based on the manager's attitude and the poor quality of the flowers, I will never order from this florist and strongly advise others to look elsewhere. You'll find better roses at Publix or Miss Daisy's. (For transparency: I was not the purchaser--these were sent by a close family member.) read more

I viewed their "everyday" arrangements and the SECRET GARDEN drew me in with its Irish Bells and pop of sunflowers, red rose love, and every aspect. I ordered online and included in my notes that I'd love to see a photo of what they sent, to please call our loved one to coordinate timing for delivery, and that it was for her 90th birthday and we wanted it to be so special. I also wanted this arrangement to give her "easy care" (vs trimming stems and replacing water) WOW!! Every step of the way, Southern Tradition Florist, followed through including this photo. (I changed the background so you could view the details of this unique arrangement). STUNNING! Our loved one called us and I could tell (voice mail) that she felt so celebrated. She said it was the most unique and beautiful arrangement she's EVER seen or be given and thanked us repeatedly. I hope she lives several more years as we know just who to call! My dear mother turned 91 today. My daughter lives out of state and asked me to pick up some flowers for her, so I chose the carnations as they were so pretty. I decided to get mom a plant as well. I was very disappointed in my flowers the first order flowers did not make it thru day one ( house temp set at 70 so not that ) they were nice and sent a second arrangement and it's not better.
