Ignore the 5 star reviews as they are most likely PLANTS! I obtained Roth Law Firm after an accident I had in Jan. 2021. Initially, I had no idea who my lawyer was and was speaking to different people. I had submitted all of my documentation and was upfront about the other driver not having insurance -IT WAS IN THE POLICE REPORT!! Later, I was told by their paralegal Wanbui (sp) and their attorney Carla Hines that they would do their due diligence to find insurance and most importantly, I was encouraged by Hines herself TO CONTINUE TREATMENT AS 1. IT WOULD STRENGTHEN MY CASE and 2. IF I DIDN'T GET PAID - THEY WOULDN'T GET PAID. After numerous treatments, MRI's, and medications; Carla Hines contacted me and placed the onus upon me to find out whether or not I had uninsured motorist coverage. When I wrote to her after a follow-up phone conversation expressing concern by asking "....how is it she didn't have up-to-date information regarding my case when she had been stating all along that she had been in touch with the insurance company and doing research?" she got "In her feelings" threw what I can only describe as a vindictive driven tantrum and sent me a certified letter stating that she/Roth Law wasn't representing me any longer AND that I would be responsible for a long list of bills from several different providers. So, rather than keep her word and have the bills cancelled/expunged as it was at her discretion as a representative of Roth Law firm to encourage me to seek treatment, Carla Hines decided to get on her "Na-nanny-boo- boo" and renege on professional agreements. IN A WORD - INCONSCIONABLE! A FIRST YEAR LAWYER WOULD NOT HAVE ADVISED A CLIENT TO SEEK TREATMENT AND RACK UP BILLS IF THEY DID NOT HAVE A CASE. It took her/Roth Law not one, not two, not three, but FOUR MONTHS with the same information that that was in their possession since the beginning of the case mind you, to decide that the firm could not find insurance and that I did not have a case. THINK TWICE....THREE TIMES! The least professional, "Professional", organization I have ever come into contact with in 50 years! BEFORE you consider trusting this firm consider this. I brought a case from an auto accident where my new car was struck/ totaled by another & I suffered personal injuries. I brought this case to The Roth Firm two years ago! They sat on it and sat on it... records showed they accomplished one task only! The Roth Firm wrote a single Demand Letter/ SENT A BILL to the insurance Company, The records later turned over after I relieved them showed this was all they had done! Six months prior to my releasing them I called them every 4-6 weeks getting an update! I kept hearing, "We have still not received your documents from the three organizations/ offices", they claimed to be awaiting! I began following up with them every 4-6 weeks and hearing all the reasons why they could not do their job! I finally said, "I will do the work for you", & requested names of the three Business Offices and contact info! I took a day off from work, sought out the correct contacts and made arrangements to pick up the documents. Afterward, I personally drove to the Roth Firm Offices near Windy Hill Road & Delivered the Documents into the hands of Attorney Alexia Greer. Ms. Greer told me it should take them a bit of time and she would, "Get back to me". I awaited a follow up call from Ms. Greer in response to my three visits to the offices to conduct & complete The Roth Firms job/ responsibilities... None came! Instead? Instead I called The Roth Firm to follow up months later again! No colleague of mine I have told this story can believe this! On reaching out to Ms. Greer and asking for un update.... SHE TOLD ME", ... "The case is being held up BECAUSE, "WE ARE AWAITING RECEIPT OF THE DOCUMENTS FROM THE 3 DIFFERENT OFFICES! Please say again I asked? She again said "These Offices have not yet responded". I HAD TO ASK AGAIN, "Really? You have not received the documents that I was being told for six months that you were awaiting"? Ms. Greer gave No, ZERO ATTENTION to my case at all! I asked her, "YOU DO NOT RECALL MONTHS AGO after your telling me THE SAME OL, "STORY"... that I chased around these documents at three locations FOR YOU? I drove throughout the city and Personally Placed them in your hand at your office"? She looked dumbfounded! At this point I was astounded by her & her firms complete negligence and incompetence! Several weeks later Ms. Greer followed up with a proposed settlement she negotiated from the insurance company. She told me that after two years of their taking this case.... the relatively small settlement for a case of approximately $11,000. minus their legal fees and costs would leave a net to me, "The only one sure, "Victim", of approx $1,500. I told her that this was ridiculous & I no longer needed her, The Roth Firms Services... Ms. Greer states, "You are still responsible for our fees and if necessary we will sue you". The woman/ firm bound to serve/ protect my interests was now intimidating and threatening to attack me/ my interests! I have had no further dealings with Ms. Greer or the Roth Firm and personally began dealing with, "The Geico Insurance Company". Ms. Greer and The Roth Firm then charged me, placed a $3,000 Lien against my claim with Geico for, "Services", never intended to be rendered. Since two years had past and the Statute of Limitation Deadline was nearing... In the two years The Roth Firm and Ms. Greer had my case it did not only not improve, but they came to greatly threaten my position. Making great progress in my own case I was told of The Roth Firms Intent to charge/ take $3,000. I called to discuss this with Katherine Brown: HR - SUPERVISOR. After hearing the horror story, Ms. Brown said, "I will return your money today". The next day she called me and retracted that promise" This firm is a disaster! DO NOT GO NEAR! FYI: Months later Geico settled by paying 8.6 times the dollar amount Roth insisted I accept! read more

I was rear-ended and the driver only had liability so my case was small I wasn't expecting to receive a big check, but I also didn't expect my lawyer to take home a way bigger check than me. The lawyers in this firm don't care about the client at all. My lawyer told me " well if you would have had uninsured motorist you would have been a lot better off" there car I was driving did have uninsured motorist and I gave my lawyer a copy of insurance policy when they first took my case, they just didn't care enough about my case because it wasn't a huge case to even ask me about my policy I'm guessing it was misplaced. I'm surprised to see negative reviews about this firm because my experience was nothing but the best. I did the research and discovered that Attorney Roth worked for 3 major insurance companies. His experience was definitely a plus because the firm knew how to get through all the red tape insurance companies try and put you through. I also discovered that this firm is well respected by the judicial system and insurance companies, therefore, the at-fault party was tried slightly but failed to slow down the process. This is a long one. I was involved in a car accident in April of 2019. I was rear-ended and I and my 3 minor children sustained back and neck injuries. I literally could not rotate my neck, following the incident, and I'm still am dealing with pain stemming from this incident. I googled car accident doctor's, and a medical practice came up. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by someone who said they were with the Roth firm, and they asked if I'd like to talk with them about possibly retaining their services. I went to be treated and The Roth firm was on the scene at the clinic. That, is how they got the job. This is how they lost it. There was little to no communication, unless it was initiated by myself. I had never gone through anything like this before, so I guess I expected to kind of be walked through the process by someone who works with that sort of thing. But I guess that's what I get for having expectations. I got a few phone calls in the beginning, maybe 2 or 3, but it was never a lawyer, just a case manager, to ask me questions that I'd already written statements about. I got a phone call 5-6 months in, during which they were having trouble retrieving records, and enlisted MY help in doing so. I hear nothing from them unless I call for an update, and there never is much of one. The beginning of December comes around and I receive settlement demands that were sent in our behalf, and I guess I felt like that should have been run by myself, the client, before it was shipped over in my behalf. It angers me to know I may have to deal with this discomfort and pain for the rest of my life, and someone who doesn't pick up the phone to call, or even return a phone call concerning that matter, is in charge of placing a monetary estimation on my pain and suffering. But I digress... We come into the new year and still no word, no progress reports, no explanation as to what is happening with my case. (Every time I experience the pain in my neck and back I get angry again and it causes me to wonder whats going on). At this point I requested that my files and the files for my children, be prepared so that I can look things over for myself. They were eventually sent to me, and it was ultimately just the bills from our treatment. Following that I requested that I be sent a copy of the contracts I had signed so I could look over those as well. At this point I still could not even get a return phone call. The final straw... The adjuster from the other party's insurance calls ME to say that she has been reaching out as well, and cannot get a return phone call either. They were fired shortly thereafter. By email of course, because phone just isn't the preferred method of communication I guess. Possibly a week following I received word that I was still on their client list, and so I placed a very frustrated phone call to a voicemail box. lol! I wasn't surprised, just very disappointed and frustrated with how this all played out. The icing on the cake... I get a letter mid-February stating that The Roth Firm placed a lien on any settlements that may come if I decide to hire alternate representation, (granted) PLUS fees for requesting records,(I did this too) file maintenance, faxes, and copies, all fees totaling into hundreds of dollars, which in the end would be MORE THAN HALF of the insufficient settlement amounts that were apparently received in DECEMBER. The conclusion... Find someone who at least cares to fight for your best interests.PLEASE!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH!! I WISH I HAD READ MY REVIEW BEFORE I HIRED THEM TO BENEFIT FROM MY PAIN!! And I still have yet to receive the copies of the contracts that were signed. read more

Shocked at the negative reviews! The Roth Law Firm was an absolute blessing to me. Originally I hired another attorney to handle my case, they thought I didn't have one and they actually had the Roth firm call me, BEST THING THEY COULD HAVE ever done! From beginning to end, Bardo was my guy!! He got promoted while my case was going, but was the sweetest, most informative person I have met. I drove him crazy with calls and questions, but he always got back with me and answered EVERY question and remembered that I was the pregnant lady. Lol! People get upset with the amount of time the case takes, but WHY? They are fighting for YOU, be patient, its well worth it. After having made several phone calls which went unreturned, I called one last time, telling the receptionist that if I didn't get to speak to the person handling my case my next call would be to file a complaint with the Bar Association. I got through to someone named Spivey, who claimed that they tried to call me back several times in the last few days, saying they left voice mail - that's an outright LIE - my phone log shows no record of any calls from them. He said my case was being handled by someone named David Carter, and claimed they sent me a letter last June, which I never received - not surprising, since they had the wrong mailing address. End result: they can't help me, with no real explanation as to why not. Seeing as I suffered catastrophic injuries which affect me to this day (and will for the rest of my life), their "explanation" (or, should I say, lack thereof) holds no water. Someone can sue because their foot long sandwich is only 11", but these losers can't handle a legitimate case? Meanwhile, I keep getting spam emails from them, soliciting clients who may have suffered an injury or had bad side effects from various medications. These ambulance chasers can't even take care of the clients they have, yet they're looking for more. "Superior service" my ass! AVOID this place at all costs - they're a bunch of incompetents. It's places like Roth that are the reason lawyer jokes are so popular - they're a joke in themselves. BTW, make sure you read the "not recommended" reviews at the bottom of the page; they're mostly one star. Given the wording of the few five star reviews (they're very vague and generic with no details given) and the experiences of all us one star reviewers, I sincerely doubt that they're legit. read more

If I had to do it all over again, would definitely not choose this firm. Instead of dealing with the attorney, you are assigned to case managers who are not very responsive and are unorganized. Unfortunately, the attorney that was assigned to my case was a former attorney who had previously represented the insurance side. I thought since he knew both sides, this would be beneficial to me. Not the case at all. His approach was lackadaisical and assumptious. In my opinion, more partial to the insurane side. Before my case could be settled, he went back to represent the insurance side. I was in an accident November 2017, I selected to represented by The Roth Firm. What a HUGE MISTAKE that was. I'm still waiting on The Roth Firm! It's now January 2019 and I haven't received a settlement or a call back for my representing attorney TR. I have talked to TR once since my case was passed her way. My first representing attorney was given a different positions, she didn't answer the phone but she would call back, so she's off the hook. Now let me say this I was helped by DR, but DR can only do so much. Now back to my issue. My representing attorney or any employee with The ROTH Firm assigned to my case will not CALL ME back to provide any case updates. Now the last correspondence I received from The Roth Firm was November 2018 and it was an email from my representing attorney about a new break down that I haven't received yet. So I called The Roth Firm two weeks ago but no one from The Roth Firm has contacted me about any updates regarding my case. Now my case isn't even a high dollar case and I can't even get my small dollar settlement check from The Roth Firm. So I'm still waiting for a call or a check. read more
