We paid for our wedding anyways we wanted our music and he ignored all requests. He couldn't make the slideshow work even though it worked on my computer. The waitresses were rude and ignored me and my entire side of the family. My husband and I got served our food very last despite being the bride and groom. When we got our food it was cold. When my mother went to the back. 1 of the 2 waitresses was on her phone instead of helping serve. So it literally took 30 minutes for everyone to be served. We asked multiple times for the fog to be kept off because of me having asthma and it was ignored. My ring bearer even killed a roach. And on top of everything the owner/manager was unreachable all night. When we brought our concerns to her she just made excuses. She gave us an extra $100 on top of our deposit and said if we have problems with it. To take her to court, after we told her things we paid for weren't there. We purchased the princess package and she refused to let us see her copy of the contract to show her we purchased it and kept saying we didn't purchase a packet. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

ALL of my worries immediately disappeared after arriving to the venue and we began working on the decor. The final look far supassed my expectations. Absolutely beautiful. Bohemian, enchanted safari was the theme. Krystal and her team were professional and meticulous with setup and take down after the shower. The shower was beautiful and the reveal to my dear friend and her husband was priceless. My friend stated that she could not have asked for anything more. They escorted the kids who wanted to ride the pony and supervised the other kids who were in the petting zoo interacting with the animals. Isabella responded quickly to my text messages & after sending her a few photos I prayed and left it to her to create something amazing for our 1920's event. When I walked into the ballroom and saw the amazing helium bouquets she created for our centerpieces I nearly cried. They were so impressive and beautifully symmetrical. The 12ft archway welcomed our guests and could be seen thousands of feet away. Our guests, servers, and photographer were thrilled to take home the bouquets and have sent me photos of their kids waking up joyful to see the balloons still floating high the next day!
