I've worked in live event production for over 20 years, including major festivals like Coachella, Stagecoach, and EDC, and it takes a lot to impress me, Amy did. Her level of service is exceptional. She handled our indoor bar, tables rentals seamlessly. When I arrived in Houston and realized the weather was much colder than expected, I called Amy in a bit of a panic. She immediately jumped in, found a solution, and had heaters secured for the event without hesitation. Problem solved, stress gone, everything was delivered on time and exactly as needed. Amy is responsive, resourceful, and truly cares about her clients' success. If you want a partner who shows up, solves problems, and delivers under pressure, this is the company to work with.

The worst party/tent rental company I have encountered. They don't listen to what the customer…read morerequests. I have thrown a number of parties and worked with many vendors and I have never encountered such horrific customer service. The customer service is sub par. I hope you all take the time to read reviews before considering this company. I wish I had. I normally write good reviews and only write negative reviews when I'm truly at wits end and feel I'm now being taken advantage of. The quality of their tables is really bad so be sure to cover them up with linens!!

I rented 200 chairs for a Saturday event. We were told chairs had to be dropped off on a Friday and…read morepicked up on a Monday...no problem. I scheduled delivery time frames with the venue and I thought that would be it...it was not! The chairs were delivered 3 hours later than the scheduled time frame. If the employee at the venue was not willing to stay past closing time, we would not have chairs for our event. When I arrived on Saturday, the (white) chairs were filthy! Mind you, it was an all white affair. They only sent someone to clean the chairs at my request. That person arrived 30 min prior to the start of the event and was still there when my guest started to arrive. He could not get all of the chairs cleaned. When I tried to speak to the owner about getting a refund of some sort, I was told the chair only had scuffs (that was not true)! Not once were the owners apologetic nor did they try to suggest solutions. I will never use this company again. They were only interested in making excuses for all of their short comings like "delivers can get pretty busy" and "the chairs are not brand new, they will have scuffs."

Promise was made that was not honored. You may pay half when you book and I would be able to pay other half on delivery which would give discount well not the case. One day before delivery (Thursday) I was told balance needed to be paid before delivery ( coming from husband) cool not a big deal. The thing that gets me i told when I booked it would not be available after 6 p.m. on Friday and you still attempted the delivery on Friday although I booked for Saturday. Again cool but what was not cool you setting up a molded tent in my yard for guess to sit under and didn't have the decency to call me in fact I called yall back to back and calls were ignored. In fact I called from several lines just to see if you guys would answer. Sent text on Sunday no answer called on monday morning no answer. Called from my husband phone boom you answer. We live and same neighborhood and you couldn't be neighborly enough to come get this molded ass tent out my yard. So I was at the point because winds were high and tent was rising i was going to let the shyt blow away. Your husband finally told my husband he was on the way. When spoken to him about partial refund due to mold on tent he dismissed it and said I would need to speak with his wife. We'll it been 24hrs and she hadn't tried to contact me so hope this honest review help someone else. And I have plenty pics!!

We held our son's high school graduation party at Azul Reception Hall last night, and I had to take…read morethe first opportunity to provide a review. The hall is a nice size and flexible, with ample kitchen space, a bar area (if needed), a DJ booth, and reasonably sized restrooms. The decorator did a wonderful job with the drapery, and they have all the tools and decorations to make the venue look and feel how you want. The difference between Azul and other venues is the staff. WOW is the lasting thought I will take from our event. From the owner to the catering staff, their flexibility, attentiveness, helpfulness, and overall investment in the happiness of the guests and the success of the event is all too rare. They helped make a wonderful lasting memory for our son, our family, and all our guests.

Wow! It's hard to put into words how wonderful Tailored Moments was to us and our event! We hired…read moreTailored Moments/ Servante and team to help us put together our post wedding reception. They were able to do everything from booking bartender/ catering/photography to all of the decorations. It was such a weight off my shoulders to have complete trust in this team. They took care of absolutely everything and I can't wait to have them again when we host another party!
