When you purchase a piece of furniture they will remove your old furniture for only $10, saving you money on the city's disposal slip. Some suggestions for improvement: Offer cleaning and repair services in the home. I'm not talking full refurbish like Furniture Recovery in Fort Wayne, but small repairs or tears. Create a voicemail for your phone line. I called your store, the phone rang a few times, and then I received a fax sound. When I called your parent store, they insisted I had the right number and explained the sound was because you don't have a voicemail. This fax sound gives people the impression they have the wrong number. New customers may become frustrated and not call back!
