This place was far and above my expectations and exactly what the article mentioned. I spoke to a gal that was extremely knowledgeable about the two brands (Hoka and Brooks) that I was interested in. I explained what I wanted/needed, she made a few recommendations. I made the selections and she brought out several pairs of each. She had me sit and actually put the shoes on my feet! Made sure they were the proper fit, laced them up and had me walk around the store. It was incredible, I was over the moon with the store/clerk and the shoes were epic. It has been 4 months and the shoes rocked the 5k and are now my daily shoes.

What I didn't like is that I walked in and there were two people toward the back of the store (stocking items) who DID take notice of me, but must have decided not to greet me. They didn't ask if I needed help finding anything. Didn't ask if I was shopping for a gift or anything. Clearly their customer service needs a little help. Sad thing is that after approaching THEM instead of the other way around, I'm fairly certain that the two people doing the stocking were, in fact, the owners.
