It felt like a doctors office in a good way, something I am happy to pay for on my return visit! They do have a line of products they use (if you elect for it) and they will show you what they used when they walk you out, but it's not particularly pushy, just informative. As a redhead I've never had someone blend in a brow powder that looked so natural!! I am considering a $20 purchase next time I'm in to attempt it myself. They also let you watch in a mirror, so you can learn how to apply anything used during your visit after the wax.

Some of the chairs are broken and one has a broken footstool, so they use a child's booster seat to place your feet. It's pretty unstable. The ladies are all very nice and good at what they do. I've only ever had to wait once, but they always seem to be busy too. This location is more convenient for me than Hamilton Place. It's easy to get in and out without having to walk throughout the mall. I'm not a mall person.
