Terrible experience. Thought a Mommy/ Daughter day before back to school would be fun, instead - my daughter's spa chair didn't work. They rushed us through, quickly painting her nails in the spa chair instead of taking her to a table for an actual manicure . Now I have a raging infection, complete with red streaks across the bottom of my foot. I understand people make mistakes, but this didn't have to happen. I got a mani pedi and I am so happy with how they turned out! Definitely recommend this place, it's absolutely stunning on the inside, and great customer service. When going for a pedicure they give you menu of what type of pedicure you want and how much it is, the most simple on is $29, it's not exactly cheap but you get what you pay for. Now for my manicure I went in wanting a french tip looking ombré with a hint of glitter, they give you power options and all of them are stunning !!! The ombré I got looks better than the one I was wanting in my opinion. If you go ask for Alex !! He's the one who did my manicure and pedicure, he's also super nice. read more

Ann did an impeccable job on my SNS manicure with fake tips. She also did a lovely pedicure for me even though one of my big toenails was broken. She paid such close attention to the length and shape of my nails and even went back after to make sure there was no powder or gel top coat left around my cuticles. My Mom got me a gift certificate for a pedicure for my birthday so we decided to spend this Sunday afternoon getting our toes done. This was the worst experience - the guy who was trimming my Mom's toenails cut her toe so much that it left a gash that started bleeding, swelling up, and throbbing in pain. He then tried to put her open wounded toe in the chemical wash we normally put our feet in before getting our nails painted. We both quickly told him to stop and get some neosporin and a bandaid. He did then came back and apologized and said the manager said to comp Mom's pedicure. Then he basically painted her toes and stopped doing anything else. No foot scrub. No leg massage. And the guy doing my pedicure quickly wrapped up painting my toes and didn't do anything more either. When we left, the manager didn't apologize either. Enough said. read more

Before today, I had never been to Serenity Nails, but my husband surprised me with a mani/pedi after a stressful week. Due to it being prom season in our area, it was busy, which caused a short wait. However, the wait was well worth it. My nail technician, Kim, was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly and paid close attention to detail. Had a basic pedicure with gel polish 7-10-21. Water was scalding, the tech kept trying to put my foot in it as I'm telling her it's too hot. She didn't understand, she cut my big toe under the nail. It was quite painful, no response from her. She was in a big hurry, it's probably the worst I've ever had. Never again! read more

The men in the nail salon make me really uncomfortable. This is the second time I have been here and both times have been really bad. The man that did my nails this time was really rude. He hurt me by prying my old acrylic nails off with a fake nail. He didn't seem to care that he was hurting me at all. Also, I accidentally messed one of my nails up slightly while he was doing them and he yelled at me. Rushing to scrape the polish off ruins your nail bed! I keep telling June that she is damaging my nail bed, but she has continued to do it, so consequently my nails are so thin that I have had to go without polish for 8 weeks. I have naturally strong beautiful nails and have gone to her for year's, but here lately she has rushed so much that my nails are ruined. My nails actually hurt because of it. They were scraped so hard the last three times that I have had to wait forever to have them done again, only to have the same problem the next time. I have tried to tell her that I could come in sooner(more money for her) if she didn't damage my nails and have to wait for them to grow out again. I am a hairstylist, so my nails are important to me. I have always had so many compliments on my nails, but now they are naked and flaking and ruined. I hate it, because I have tried to tell her that she is too aggressive removing the polish. I have even offered to wait while they are soaking, she could do someone else's nails while the polish soaks off. She had the nerve to tell me that I could just soak them off at home! If I wanted to do that, what would I need them for??? I have to say that I am very angry about the health and appearance of my nails. Very embarrassing to have to go to work looking like this. Now, I have to look for somewhere else to go because once I get these grown out, I do not want to have to go through this again. The pictures attached are 7 weeks after my last gel polish application. I have had to live with them catching on fabrics and it's hard to shampoo peoples hair when they catch on the hair strands. I have even tried to talk to Peter (front desk manager) about this issue with aggressive scraping only to be stared at like I am crazy. Well, have a look! This is 7 weeks after. No more Serenity Nails for me. Rushing does not pay, but you can't convince them of that. read more

Horrible customer service. Prices are way too high for the quality. I had to go back to get my nails completely redone and they charged me for a re-do with only a $15 discount when it should have been free because they messed up the first time. The lady who did my redo was extremely rude and disrespectful to me like no other. She refused to cut my nails the length I wanted so I had cut and file my dip nails down for my bridal shower I have in two days. She rushed me into picking my color. The whole time she mumbling under her breath and laughing at/about me when coworkers when they came up to examine her work and my nails during the process. The man who did my gel acrylics cut my skin more than once, i was bleeding for 2 days and my light pink acrylics began turning brown. i went back in and they refused to give me a refund because it had been past 24 hours. I work 8am to 1am shifts at the hospital sometimes i don't have a very flexible schedule so it was quite unfair. I spent $50 to be cut and have repulsive nails. I do not recommend this salon at all. I went with my friends today and all I got was a full set no polish. We had appointments but still had to wait and were all taken at separate times. No issue waiting but it did not seem super scheduled. I was the second of my friends and I had a nice man do my set. He was of super talkative which was fine because I am not a huge socializer. It seemed like he was rushing to get my set done. It hurt when he was using the electric filer on my bare nails and he did not grab a new bit. He did not size the tips before gluing on but did a good job eyeballing. When cutting to size he did not ask my opinion and did not make my hands match in length. The glue got on my skin and the acrylic did too. He did a good job shaping and filing to become smooth. The ends are fairly thick though. He asked to give a clear layer of gel polish for $5. I agreed because it made sense but I had not been told the price of my set and they have no menus for option pricing anywhere. When I went to pay it was $42!!!' BEFORE TIP. For a full set and one layer of clear gel that was applied poorly. I thought I was saving money for painting my own acrylics but I still paid $48 with the tip. I don't think I will be back. read more

Absolutely the worst unprofessional nail tech i have ever experienced. I usually see June (and she is amazing and very catering). However, this time I sat with Andy. I gave him very specific directions as to what i wanted. He grunted a few times and then says he wasnt doing that and proceeded to be extremely rough with my hands. He cut my cuticles to the point they were bleeding. My nails were crooked and very uneven. When i asked him to correct his error, he told me that it was my finger and i should shame my parents. (Again, VERY unprofessional and extremely hurtful). By the time he was finished i was literally in tears. After paying $80 and throbbing fingers (for 2 days) i have learned my lesson and will NEVER return. read more

This place sucks I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have the option. I waited 1 hour to have them rush on my nails and finish in half of that time. They didn't listen to anything I wanted, did the opposite of what I wanted actually. My nails now look like shit and I have to go to another place to have them fixed.
