Today I called only to find out that they have closed my case again because I am out of warranty. Everyone you talk to tells you exactly what you need to hear but there is no follow up. I would not recommend this company to anyone until their customer service department improves drastically.

We booked a suite and brought our dogs (non shedding small dogs- literally zero trouble). When we got there they put my family of 5 on the ground floor bc of the dogs. They took our suite away bc of said dogs. They brought us a cot instead. My husband slept on the tiny cot. My boys squeezed onto a double as did my daughter and I. My kids are all teens so there was no room for us at all. I had to put my small suitcase under the sink just to open and not block what little room we had. Just a sleepless, uncomfortable night. Had to drive 5 hours the next day. Don't come here with pets and an average sized family. They are high.
