I offer Therapeutic Massage to help ease your stress and pain. Each massage is based on the client's individual needs and conditions in a professional and relaxing atmosphere. I focus on the areas of discomfort using various relaxation, deep tissue and energy techniques combined with stretching. I assist clients with wanting to just relax their sore achy muscles and life's stresses, to those with acute or chronic pain with: neuropathy, sinus problems, sciatica, low back pain, hip and knee pain, migraines, neck and shoulder pain, rotator cuff, fibromyalgia, trigger points, TMJ, plantar fasciitis, IBS, and scar tissue restrictions. Massage also helps people with mental health issues due to grief, abuse and PTSD, the techniques I combine helps with these issues and have experience working with these clients. I do a combination of techniques including: Pregnancy, Geriatric, Swedish, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Massage and MediCupping, Myofascial, Acupressure, and Cranial Sacral.
History
Established in 2004.
January 2019 I moved back to Johnson City, TN area to open up as Living Massage and Wellness. I moved to Southern Oregon and opened up a practice in Grants Pass, OR and Cave Junction in 2016-2018. Previously I had been practicing Massage Therapy for 11.5 years throughout Johnson City and Jonesborough, TN as Heavenly Massage. I have been private practice, worked in Spas and Salons, Chiropractors offices, Senior Center and a Gym.

I practice therapeutic massage combining several modalities, customizing the massage to each client's
needs.For many years I did deep/moderate tissue and medicupping. in recent years I've realized that clients can have more healing by combining less intrusive energy modalities like acupressure, cranial sacral and myofascial techniques so now I combine energy work with regular massage.
