Friendly staff who greets you at the door! The store is clean and neat. They were even giving out free 6 pack of sodas.

When I arrived, I was addressed by a woman that worked there who looked at my frames and told me "Sorry we cannot take these frames they have no pictures in them? " When I explained to her that I had received an email that instructed me to drop them off I was told the same answer and tried to tell me my frames which are churchill classics and in excellent condition were not going to be worth it for them to sell. I told her if that was the case I should have been told that before I drove all the way to the other side of town to bring them in. She tried to tell me that the email I had was some generic email that they send to everyone to bring them in. I had even sent a photo. I told her that answer was unacceptable, and I told her you are one of the rudest people I have ever met before I left. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my horrible experiences. Do not shop here or sell your things here if this is how they treat people. It cost money to drive from one side of town to the other these days and you don't need to waste your money.

I've never been more disappointed in a shop. I was told to bring an item in at a specific time in…read morethe afternoon. They were sent pictures and measurements. The movers arrive and they are told that the item can't be unloaded because Pop's Attic no longer had room for the item that I was told only the day before to bring. Then they called me and I was told that the piece was damaged. It was NOT. It was in excellent condition. I used to love visiting the shop because it made me smile. I will NEVER go back in there and my 3500 Facebook followers will be reminded every week how deplorable I was treated. Shame on you. Shame. Shame.

Friday April 20, 2018…read more As much as I hate to, but Goodwill left me no choice but t leave this poor review. We are in the process of building a new home and we had a lot of clothing, furniture and other items left over from the movers. We contacted Goodwill and inquired if they provided a pickup service and they did. We contacted them a month early and provided them with a pick up date after our movers were finished. We called them via a Tallahassee Florida phone number and confirmed with the lady our date for pickup. She advised we call back at 9am and she would be able to provide us with an estimated window the driver would be at our pickup location. We called and 9am on Friday morning date of pick up and received no answer. We tried again at noon and received a voicemail. We left our number and our brief message. No call back. We then called again at 1pm-left a message. We called again at 3pm and another woman answered but said our representative was on another line, we told her we will wait on hold we were not about to hang up. Our representative then got on the line and indicated our driver would be there by 5pm. Confirmed with the driver she stated. 530pm the driver calls and said he is on the way and wanted to know how much "stuff" we had because his truck was full. We explained to him what we had and he said he would come by and take a look anyway as it was on their way back to Tallahassee. The driver shows up at 545pm and says he doesn't have room for all our stuff, but he would take what he could. He also enlightened us with a compliment that our place looks nice out here and I quote, "I could sit out here and get high all the time"... very nice from a community service organization. The driver then advised us that he would come back tomorrow (Saturday) and pick our stuff up, but it wouldn't be until around 5. We doubled checked with him as we didn't think Goodwill offered pickup service on Saturday, but the driver said oh yea every Saturday. The driver loaded a few bags of clothing and said he would call us tomorrow when he was on his way and then left. Saturday, April 21, 2018 We received no call and the driver never showed up. This will be the last time we will donate to Goodwill and I highly recommend your donations go to another organization as it is apparent that Goodwill doesn't need our assistance nor make concessions for unprofessionalism. Not just the drivers but the staff we contacted in Tallahassee FL when we set up the appointment. Totally disappointed in a once professional organization.
