We had gone here 4 years ago to replace our camper mattress and purchased a middle of the line mattress thet our kids loved so much we had to drag it into the house on holidays. So, we thought we would buy the same mattress in a king size to replace our current one. After all if a $1200.00 mattress was only going to last 5 years why spend another $1200? We walked in and right near the front door was a king soft-sided waterbed. We had a waterbed back in the 80's in that ugly wooden frame you had to climb up and over to get out of and missed it dearly. This bed was like getting a hug when you laid down, we loved it! When it was delivered and set up the one we received didn't give the same hug even though the bladders were an upgrade to the ones in the store (we wanted totally waveless). We mentioned this to Scott and received a call from him a few days later. He had gone out of his way to research what was available and ordered us replacement bladders and had the guys come over and install them. It was a beautiful thing crawling into bed that night! We have lived in 5 states and two countries and this is undoubtedly the most unselfish thing that a retail establishment has ever done for us. This place isn''t fancy or in an upscale part of town but you are a fool if you don't give them a visit.

After placing the order, I asked the florist to send me a photo of the arrangements and provide an itemized bill (I'm located out of state), but neither of these requests was fulfilled. Dissatisfied with the lack of customer service, I followed up with an email. The florist only then sent a photo of the delivered arrangement, which looked nothing like the advertised photo. I was deeply disappointed and embarrassed by the discrepancy between the advertised and actual arrangements. Knowing I was from out of state, they apparently thought they could send any quality of flowers. If that is their standard practice, it is unfortunate and I do not recommend this florist.
