I met Chris through a friend where I work (Nate). He came HIGHLY recommended and I took a shot on someone from out of my area. I had concerns about not being able to reach him, having a difficult time completing the paperwork, and feeling confident about our new refi if I was dealing with someone that was not in my hometown.
