Walter did a great job in helping my parents sell their home! When my parents were planning to leave New York, I knew I wanted to talk to Walter about it. He had helped my mom buy her home years ago and I knew that he was the right person to contact. I was referred to Damaris by my cousin who worked with her before. I was in a difficult situation because the condo I was trying to sell coudn't get financing. I had tried working with a different agent and my sale fell apart because my condo doesn't qualify for a mortgage. Anyway, I spoke to Damaris who said that her brother Walter would be able to help me out. I had a really difficult time selling my condo because my building does not qualify for financing. We had to find an all cash buyer. I worked with Walter for a long time and eventually we found a buyer that was able to get me a good price.
