Walter did a great job in helping my parents sell their home! When my parents were planning to leave New York, I knew I wanted to talk to Walter about it. He had helped my mom buy her home years ago and I knew that he was the right person to contact. He helped us navigate talking to our top floor tenant which was still occupying the apartment and put the house on the market. I was referred to Damaris by my cousin who worked with her before. I was in a difficult situation because the condo I was trying to sell coudn't get financing. I had tried working with a different agent and my sale fell apart because my condo doesn't qualify for a mortgage. Anyway, I spoke to Damaris who said that her brother Walter would be able to help me out. I had a really difficult time selling my condo because my building does not qualify for financing. We had to find an all cash buyer. I worked with Walter for a long time and eventually we found a buyer that was able to get me a good price.
