I gave all my information and was told that Lorie DeSimone Ramil would call me back shortly. After not receiving a call by 4:30PM I called the office to find that she left for the day AND nobody else could give me my quote. Olga (some lady in the office) told me that she would make sure that Lori would call me first thing tomorrow (Tuesday) when she arrived. I get a call from Olga at 9:30AM telling me that Lori is not in yet but will make sure she calls me. 12PM comes around and no phone call. I call the office and Lori is busy and was told she would call me back. 1:30PM and still no call. at 3:03PM Lori send me an email with my quote. DISGUSTING!!!!!!! I advise you all to stay for away from Lori Desimone Ramil and her entire office!!

I was stressed out trying to meet the insurance requirements for a city contract, and every other agent I called just tried to sell me a 'standard' package that didn't actually fit the bid. When I talked to the owner, the vibe was totally different. You can tell she used to be a data scientist in medical research because she looks at a policy like a scientist--she found small technical gaps that my last agent completely missed. She's an independent agent (part of Trusted Choice/Big I), so she actually shopped around to find a carrier that understood my specific risk. I felt really safe with the 30 day data purge policy since I just wanted to get a second look for my insurance coverage. I ended up getting my coverage policy through this agency lol. It's so rare to find someone who cares that much about a client's privacy. We handled everything virtually, which was a lifesaver for my schedule. If you're a contractor or a business owner who is tired of 'salesy' brokers and wants a technical advocate who actually knows their stuff, call this agency. They are the real deal.

He did not inform me before taking all my information. These people are strange as ever and very stingy and obsurd. Complete waste of time don't bother with incompetence get your insurance elsewhere. Rude and obnoxious guy raised his voice at me asking why I gave him one star, he's crazy for calling my personal number asking about the review I wrote. Crazy~
