To add a renters policy Alan, from Keats, had me jump thru many hoops, including emailing him a photo of my mail box (what?) - Then I never heard from him again. After finding out I was paying $17 a month too much since the 1990s for an extra driver I asked Alliah if I could get retro active payback, Alliah had me send her my 25 year old divorce papers and a letter of confirmation from my ex. Humiliating but I did it. Never heard back from Alahia. Their on-hold message has 'Ron Keats' saying that customers get a policy review every year. I have never gotten that call. At the moment I am waiting one hour + for a call back from a person of authority. I don't think there is one.
