This Southlake store has by far the worst and rudest employees working here. They are always very young and I'm sure have no retail experience whatsoever but shame on the manager for not setting simple, human like, expectations for their employees. I went in last Saturday to find some last minute Easter outfit inspo and was never met with even a "hello" just rude, judgey looks for the employees who btw never stopped talking about what dresses they were going to wear to their graduation. I have been to the location in OKC and had the best experience when I was in college so I know it's THIS store that has problems & needs to seriously reevaluate how they treat their customer and how they want their customers to feel. I could have spent plenty of money on clothes that day in the store but instead i wasn't given a second look because i was in shorts and a t-shirt with dry shampoo in my hair enjoying my freaking Saturday.
