Walk in within 15 minutes of open, no other customers present. Clearly let them know what I need, cashier was kind as can be, ensured they could take care of me. Goes to get the manager who would need to assist who stated, he didn't have time, he had other things he wanted to do, I could come back later this afternoon. Needless to say I will never return, drove a block down the road and was taken care of by Autozone who understands the type of business they run.

Allegan Floral sent an arrangement to the funeral home, but reserved them for someone outside the family. This was done without consulting our family. It seems greatly unfair and highly unprofessional to place the burden of delivering funeral flowers to someone outside of our family and close friends while we are still grieving the loss of our loved one. The funeral home staff themselves were shocked & embarrassed by this unprofessional behavior. Funerals are difficult enough without added stress, and the lack of sensitivity and professionalism shown here was hurtful and completely unacceptable. We would not recommend this business to anyone seeking compassion and respect during such a vulnerable time.
