And it was delicious! The pizza was hot with fresh ingredients--and the sauce---the sauce had a slightly sweet taste and flavor. It was one of the best pizzas that I have had in a long time. Now for the wings, we ordered the mild and the sauce had good flavor. However, they were overcooked and definitely chewy and crunchy. I was not impressed! All in all, I will definitely order from here again. The sub and pizza were yummy. I may even try the wings one more time to see if I just got a dud that didn't know how to cook.

I thought, "How does McDonald's stay in business with competition like that?" So, I ordered the special, and was told by the staff that it was a family-owned restaurant, another good sign. The first thing I noticed was the roll. You cannot have a good cheesesteak without steak and cheese - everyone knows that. But what most people outside of the Philadelphia area seem to forget is that it is a sandwich, and as such, the quality and type of bread or roll plays a major role (pun intended) in the dining experience. The roll was fresh, and flavorful. I was told that it came from a bakery multiple times a week to ensure quality and freshness. The meat, cheese and peppers were generous, and expertly prepared. It was delicious. However, just as good as the sandwich were the fries. They were perfectly cut, seasoned, and fried. Not greasy, not dry. Perfect. I could make a meal out of the fries alone! And of course, no matter the meal, if the hosts are not amiable, and helpful, the experience will be disappointing. The owner, staff and even my fellow diners were to a soul extremely friendly. It was like having a family meal, in a town I never visited before. I might just have to take another hour and a half drive. I think that I hear a Pizza Steak calling my name.

This includes pre-made breakfast sammiches. Most of the rest of the hot breakfast foods are pre-made and kept hot in a warmer - kind of like a buffet. I ordered the breakfast platter - which includes 2 eggs, choice of meat, choice of breakfast potato, and choice of bread. I opted for bacon, hash browns, and one biscuit with sausage gravy. There are 3 tables to eat it - otherwise you are taking the food to go. The sausage gravy was pretty good for a convenience store - and better than most diners around the Culpeper area. The bacon was also delicious. The two things I will ding them on food-wise is - the hash browns were not as hot and crispy as they should be - and the eggs are pre-cooked. They tasted fine, but they are cooked all the way through - no runny yolks. I ate in - added a bit of black pepper and hot sauce to the sausage gravy and wolfed it all down. If I were only rating this on the eggs and hash browns - it would have been a 3 star rating. But the sausage gravy and bacon dragged the score up to a 4. Service was prompt. Now I will give them this -- they move people through faster than a tax refund disappears in Washington. I ordered three chicken finger baskets and repeated "unsweetened tea" enough times that it should have become part of the permanent record. Reconfirmed it at the second window too.
