I was also surprised that the entrée was not accompanied by a vegetable. Despite those minor shortcomings, the meal was delicious, and Trevor provided excellent service throughout the evening. In fact, I suspect that because of the overly charred steak, the restaurant generously comped my coffee, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Overall, this was a very enjoyable dining experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and Trevor's knowledge and attentiveness contributed significantly to my positive experience.

The server seemed far more interested in replenishing the server station than serving guests. Watching the other staff I think the poor service was unique to our server. The host was on top of things which is important when tables are in demand.
