His water glass also remained empty for 3/4 of our meal, after asking for a refill twice. It still took 10 minutes to get him water. I had a Coke - never was asked if I wanted a refill. Food was disappointing. I ordered the filet cooked medium, and it came back black and blue. My husband ordered the cowboy ribeye cooked medium rare +, and it came back almost raw. We both sent them back, and had to repeat this process over again, as mine was still black and blue. They cooked my same filet 3 times, so it came back nearly in pieces and the outside was completely charred. Very disappointed in management also. We have dined at many nice steak houses, and even several Ruth's Chris locations, and we have never experienced this terrible of service. We are always down to pay extra for a nice meal -- we would never ask for anything to be comped. But a fresh steak after having to send it back twice would've been appreciated.
