She said that no one was here to do pedicures and referred me to the older shop at the beginning of the building. I told her that I didn't feel comfortable there. She offered to call someone over from that shop to work here! Yes, please! Twinkle Nails & Spa seems like it has been renovated. It's bright, clean, and modern.
