The reason I did not give the full five stars is that they don't do cash pay out unless they buy the item upfront. The way you get paid for your items is taking half off your purchases which is a bit confusing and does not allow you to actually get any cash. That being said, I highly recommend them. If you have nice, child-related items that you would like to get something for but you don't want to go to the trouble of selling it yourself, this is a great option. It turns your unused things into a great discount off the things you need from their store.

There isn't much space for browsing, but you're going to need to browse because there's a lot to take in. Lack of space isn't so much a complaint, however; I think the close quarters adds to the overall aura of Zoe & Jack. I think you're supposed to be breathing in baby gear! Be warned - nothing in here is cheap. I know it's a boutique and so things are gonna be costly, but I don't know how anyone justifies spending $80-$100 on a dress for a 6 month old. It's like one foot of fabric and your little darling will grow out of it in no time! I don't doubt the quality of these products however. Several sections of clothing were 30% off, and one was up to 70% off. Plus, the toys and plastic dishware were very reasonable.
