Great baby and tween store in Snider Plaza. Seriously, there are LOTS of baby boutiques, but only ONE Baby Bliss! You can buy almost anything your baby needs here, from clothes, toys, books, strollers, cribs, car seats, wtc, or they even have a design center where you can customize you colors and fabrics, etc. I should also mention that they have very helpful staff! read more

I love having this boutique in DFW. When I am shopping for my toddler, I just want to see items in real life. I don't like online shopping. Terrible service, I not only witnessed it first hand but with others not being assisted properly while shopping. I specially asked what the return policy was at checkout as there is no sign to disclose it. The employee said as long as there is a tag, receipt and brought back w/i 30 day's an item could be refunded. I brought back 1 of the 4 items I had bought within 5 days and they now claim it's store credit only. I asked if there was a sign to disclose that because that's not what I was told, and the two young girls pointed to the counter where a paper was once taped but no longer there - so absolutely no disclosure or accommodation for me. The young girl at the counter had a bad attitude and should not be in customer service. read more

Very large selection of kickee pants and cute dresses , there's a lot going on and definitely spend a lot of time in this store . I went a little to crazy but love that they have a large selection on baby clothes and matching kids dresses ! Who doesn't love matching siblings ! The customer service was okay , some people were a lot nicer than others . I had this blonde older lady that was really rude . I was next in line and she told me o can go to the back of the store to do my purchase so she can check someone else out but I told her no I'm not moving . I asked if they have military discounts she laughed and said yes but I have to see proof and when I gave her my ID she said well if you really want that I guess I can ask a manger . It was my baby's half birthday so I wanted to grab a few new things but almost immediately became uninterested due to the AWFUL customer service. I initially was walking into the store and struggling to push my stroller in as well as hold the door as the salesperson was less than 3 feet away from me and simply watched without saying a word. I then proceeded to look around the store for about 15 minutes picking a few items up with the same salesperson WATCHING ME only a few feet behind and still NO ask for assistance or even a hello from workers. This is such a cute store in the University Park area, specifically in Snider Plaza. They have a large collection of clothes and plenty of products for newborns and infants. We drove 45 minutes out of our way to go to this store. My cousin, who is 6 months pregnant, asked to use the restroom. She was told she could go across the street to the frozen yogurt shop and use their restroom. During this time I placed over $100 of products on the counter that I planned to purchase. As we shopped we noticed a restroom in the back of the store complete with a changing table. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU SEND A PREGNANT WOMAN ELSEWHERE when you have a restroom. We were in the market for several high dollar items that were on her list. You should really investigate your staff working on the day in question. We will spend our money elsewhere. I love this place! Honestly, if you go, they're usually busy. But everytime we have gone we ask for Steven and he has been super helpful. He's the one who checked our carseat, sold us on the uppababy Vista and who we expect to go see when our new baby girl arrives! Expect to pay a bit more for the quality of products that are sold here. Everything is so worth it for us as long as our kids get the best and having great help and answers when we need them is just a plus! I am so shocked by the low ratings for this store. A good friend of mine directed me to come here when I told her I was looking for a Bringing Home Baby outfit for my soon-to-be little girl. I had gone everywhere from Nordstroms to Carters and wasn't satisfied. I walked in to BabyBliss and immediately saw a few items that I wanted to nab. The people who worked here were very friendly - a lady helped me immediately locate a few optional outfits and was glad to show me around. The best thing about BabyBliss is the selection they have in-store. There are a few boutiques in Northpark such as Janie & Jack, and I thought they'd have a far greater selection for childrens clothing. If you're looking for great clothes for your own baby or an awesome spot to get a baby shower gift, I highly recommend stopping by BabyBliss. The only thing I can attribute to the ratings may be the price point - some of these finds are not cheap by any means. One thing to note - if you are returning items, they offer store credit only. 1 star for service 4 stars for variety In my head that averages out to 3 stars. Sounds about right. Seriously, NONE of the workers will speak to you in there. I guess that's good for people who like silent shopping. They sell everything from clothes to blankets to cribs and strollers. They even have a design studio in the back where you can design your own crib, changing table and upholster your own gliding chair. (Read: you can design your own nursery if you want to drop $4k or $5k. I'm pretty sure my child will puke and pee on a $300 crib just fine.) They had a lot of cute clothes in there but I'm not spending $90 on a onesie unless I can wear it myself also. read more

Seriously lacking in service. My mom and I, along with my 13 month old daughter, stopped in on a Thursday late afternoon to look at Livie & Luca shoes. The 3 of us walked in, looked around a minute at the front of the store, and then headed to the shoes, right next to the cash register, where two employees were standing and talking. Not a single other person was anywhere to be seen. We had a conversation about what we were looking for and did our best to sort through the selection and sizes. The two employees just kept talking to each other, without saying so much as 'hi' to the 3 of us. They actually looked as if we had interrupted them. A few minutes later, we were out of there pretty quickly and will not be returning anytime soon. They have some cute things but not anything that I won't be able to find elsewhere. read more

Loved visiting this little baby boutique while I was in Dallas visiting a friend! It is located in a very busy shopping center close to SMU. Therefore - parking is kind of a nightmare. We were here on a weekday, so I can imagine trying to come down here on the weekends is even worse. I also happened to be driving my 3500 dualie diesel and jeeze, it was tough maneuvering around and finding a place to park! The store is on the small side and kind of crowded, but they have many, many cute items for babies and toddlers alike. My friend and I purchased shoes and heart sunglasses for my 4-month old daughter and she looooves them! Their selection of clothing and accessories is great and I really appreciated all the different styles. They also have in the back some expensive baby equipment like strollers, cribs, and bedding sets. Of course, I have no need for these things so I didn't really get a chance to take a good look. But I did note they have Bug-a-Boo strollers, so la dee da! When I am back in Dallas I will definitely come here, hopefully next time I won't be in my giant truck! read more

I came here looking for some house slippers for my nephew, who is about to turn two years old. The store is very cute and is adjoined to Mini Me. The staff seems very busy, but very nice. They kindly redirected some woman's barefoot children who were running around the stores back to her without a drop of disdain or rudeness to her voice. Quite a feat; I am pretty sure I would not have been able to do so. There were also quite a few salespeople who came up to us and asked us if we needed help. My cousin received a call from babybliss notifying her that her favorite baby clothing brand (kissy kissy) just had some new arrivals come to their store. (Great touch on the customer service.) Longer story short, we quickly flew down to the store. They didn't have any designs/ensembles she liked, but it was a fun experience. We did find some house slippers for my sweet nephew. Why only 3 stars? While customer service was wonderful, the selection was small, the variety of products was unimpressive, the store's organization was not the best, and the prices are pretty expensive for what you're getting. All in all, I would buy shower gifts or birthday presents here! read more

Overpriced and impractical. I was given a gift card to this place and scoured their website first to see if there was anything I actually wanted. $48 for a 3-pack of onesies? They're kidding about this, right? Babies, especially very young ones, grow out of a size every couple of months. I saw one particular product I was interested in - an infant carseat handle cushion that unrolls into a tummy time blanket - and headed over to the store to see what they had. The selection was dismal. They only had two left, and both were blue patterns that screamed "boy." The salesgirl was nice and offered to special order me one, but honestly, it wasn't worth my time to stand at a computer and give her my information for what basically amounted to a fancy blanket. I left, still stuck with my gift card. The store is pretty cute. The baby shower-type gifts are all toward the front (clothes, feeding items, toys, etc.), while the big ticket items (nursery furniture, strollers, etc.) are toward the back. Pretty cramped in there if you have a stroller with you (again - impractical). This place is okay if you're looking for a "nice" shower gift (although IMHO you should always buy baby gifts off of a registry), but I would never shop here for myself if I didn't have a gift card. Being a new dad, I get nervous about EVERYTHING. I hated going to Babies R Us because I always felt clueless, and the staff wasn't very much help. Yet they were the closest to me. However, once they closed, my wife and I had to find a new place to shop for my son. A friend of mine recommended Baby Bliss. I gave it a shot, and couldn't have been more satisfied. I always make sure I talk to Steven. He's the one who always helps us. He's knowledgeable about pretty much everything when it comes to baby products and safety. Very nice small toy store with good products . Reasonable prices. Downside is that sales people are very hovering unlike big department stores. Felt attacked as soon as I walked in. One Sales person mentioned she used to work for trump and that led to her tirade how much she supports and loves him. Very uncomfortable political discussion for me. She yelled at me when I asked her to take price off before she wrapped toy. If you like to shop independently without a personal shopper breathing down your neck this may not be the place for you. read more

I found Baby Bliss and was able to order the chair & ottoman I wanted, in the color I wanted, with their white glove service delivery for less than other places wanted for just the chair. It was a great experience working with Maryanne to get it ordered. Baby Bliss has a lot of other cute items and clothes. I popped in to grab a gift card for a friend's registry and gender reveal party. It was a quick and painless process and I was impressed with the quality and care shown toward gift wrapping my gift card. I try to always get a necessity off a registry, but I like to add something unique and special, as well. Baby Bliss is full of really interesting, really adorable, and very modern baby items. I just picked up an adorable legging and matching onesie set for around $26; it had little cupcakes all over it. For another friend, I picked up a box of multicolored 6 pair of "Socks That Rock". They looked like little baby converse; adorable! They have much larger items, such as modern cribs and Dwell brand baby bedding in the back of the store. Because things are unique, you can expect them to be more expensive, but not a bank breaker! read more

I came in from out of town for a baby shower and was recommended this place by a friend that is local. I had a great experience and store was clean until the manager was interacting with me, she was incredibly pushy and I didn't appreciate it at all. Also, in front of customers, shINCREDIBLY RUDE and demeaning to her employees. I was embarrassed for them and the employees were visibly uncomfortable. I won't be recommending to any of my local or out of town friends under that management. read more
