I'm an alumna of the Fund, and I have nothing but GREAT things to say…read more When I was a high school honors student whose father has just passed from cancer, my counselor told me about the Fulfillment Fund. At that time, I thought the program was a scholarship program with a lot of nice adults, who turned out to be what I would later title "mentors." In the early stages of the program, I enjoyed bi-annual backyard bar-b-ques at Fulfillment Fund Founder Dr. Gary Gitnick's house, weekly mentoring conversations with Fulfillment Fund Program Manager Todd Mandel, and frequent exposure to cultural events, where I had the opportunity to interact with other Fulfillment Fund scholars. The program was not as robust as it is now, with a Mentor Program, a high school program, collegiate internships, etc. At that time, it was just mingling with the staff and a one-year scholarship. Fast forward past college graduation into my career. I somehow got reassociated with the Fund. I became an official mentor and rediscovered all the wonders youth go through when being exposed to the world. I was able to mentor two youth at the same time, from 9th grade through both of them receiving their AA degrees. One was chosen to be with me in the 9th grade, after an EXTENSIVE review of my worthiness (WHAT?--no j/k, I know it's for safety purposes for the children.); the other had her mentor give up on her in 10th grade. Both young ladies lived in Watts and were from broken homes. But I believe EVERY child deserves a chance. Thus, I took her under my wing as well. I didn't realize I had SO much left to give until I started to invite these two young ladies into my world. To keep this short, we bonded and I discovered how much I could grow by simply sharing my blessings with those less fortunate and willing to explore the world through you. I VERY MUCH recommend supporting this program, as they're all about the kids. Our future. Our present. It's all about the kids.

All the other companies were not credible or would not send me patient's information or radiographs. They required thousands of dollars in advance without any guarantees. Dr. Azy Nasiry was very knowledgable and helpful as she has taken the WREB in California in the recent years and is familiar with all the details you need to know to pass the WREB. Within hours of contacting her, she emailed me radiographs of patients suitable for the operative and perio sections and let me choose which ones I wanted to treat. She set aside time for me to meet with the patients she had selected so I am not meeting them for the first time on my exam. Patients she had selected were young, nice and reliable to travel to my exam site. Her fees are a fraction of what other companies charge and she provides you with every thing you need to know from the CTP to your endo teeth and everything in between. She provides on line tutorials and videos to prepare you for the WREB. She is a licensed dentist herself who has been through the WREB recently and understood exactly what I was going through which was very heart warming. I gave them another chance and booked a second meeting, but this time no one showed up at all, and I never even received a meeting link. I also tried reaching them by phone multiple times and never received a call back, which added to the frustration and made it clear there is a serious lack of communication. I took time off work on both occasions, which makes this even more unacceptable. This level of disorganization and lack of respect for people's time is extremely unprofessional. Overall, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend working with this company.
