If you are looking for a reliable, efficient and friendly service look no further. My health has been difficult at the moment and Terry was a God-send. He was always here when he said he would. If there needed to be any change in the schedule I was notified and rescheduled or sent another worker to fill in. I only remember a couple of times this was done. He was always friendly to me and my dog. I used the service of walking my dog and the scoop service. My dog enjoyed the cookies he would bring at the time of service. I have had this service for about 4 years and I am so sad I had to stop the service. The billing is also easy and true. Terry has been amazing .... he has services our dogs waste for almost three years now. He is always there and if it is expected to rain he comes a day early. Our dogs (6 chihuahuas) love him! I will be recommending The Scoop to everyone I know. They do an amazing job. I hired them two weeks ago and they were able to come out that same week. I hadn't been able to pick up after my 4 dogs in about 3-4 weeks. They pulled out over 40 lbs of waste. Unfortunately I got home super late that day so wasn't able to check how clean it was. But when I went to mow my lawn 2 days later there was very little to pick up. Had my second cleaning today. Was actually able to check it out today and they do an amazing job. In the months leading up to contacting The Scoop, weeks were passing by and so were the land mines piling up from our 70 pound German Shepard. So I Yelped Pet Waste Management companies near Roseville and The Scoop came with very high reviews. When I contacted Terry that Monday morning, he was very understanding of my situation and comforted me that he had an opening that same day to help with the initial clean-up. When Terry and his wife Lisa showed up to my home, not only did they do a heck of a job with the clean-up, but I was now able to step barefoot in my beautiful backyard. I was so happy and pleased with their service that I booked them on the spot for their weekly service. Terry and staff have been servicing my yard for 5 years. They also dog-sit for me all the time when we go out of town, and are great at giving my dogs their supplements and/or medications as needed, allowing us to have worry-free vacations. I don't have enough great things to say about Terry & Lisa. They are truly like family at this point. We are somewhat new to the area, only a year, and our goldendoodle Luna goes to doggy day care at their home 4 days a week and they treat her like she is their own. It is family style daycare and she and their family dog have become best friends. Terry & Lisa text me and my fiancé pictures of Luna everyday and it makes our day. Recently Luna got fixed and needed to stay home from daycare to heal and they asked about her frequently. They have helped us in training her and the progress she has made is amazing.
