I was injured at work and spent the majority of my day at urgent care where I was released with a…read moreprescription for a knee brace. I called a few medical supply stores in my area and was surprised to find that many of them either closed early or did not sell to the public. I called MI Med before arriving just to make sure they were open and that they would sell to me. The woman on the phone was very friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately due to being stuck at urgent care I made it to the store 15 min before they closed. The lady I spoke to on the phone (I can't remember her name) was the one that waited on us. Although she was due to close in 15 min she went above and beyond helping me find what I needed, she went in the back twice to go through inventory and called her boss a few times just to make sure they were able to get what I needed. She was never pushy or short and was extremely helpful and kind all while doing so! We ended up being there after the store closed and she continued with excellent customer service! I hope I don't need to visit anytime soon again lol but if I do this would definitely be the place I would go!!!

It was a pain, but the fact that this store had the products I needed was golden. I stopped here yesterday because I sat on her grabber and broke it. In my defense it was hiding under her afghan. She said she absolutely needed a new one after my super gluing job didn't hold it together. I got her a new one, which is even better, especially for picking up pens and other small objects like her eye drops. I even got 15% off with my Yelp Check in! It was a win- win situation because I re- glued the original grabber and it works fine, so I get to keep it.

I had planned to buy online but decided to check in here due to exceptionally helpful service in the past, and they took our specific needs into account and found something better and less expensive than anything I could find in my research; and had it rushed to the store within a few days.
