Amarji went above and beyond to help me purchase a power lift chair for my mother on very short notice. I called on a Friday and needed the chair delivered the following Wednesday when she was arriving home from rehab. Amarji called the manufacturer to make sure he could get the chair on time and in the desired color. It was delivered to DME on Wed and they turned around and delivered it to us the same day in very bad weather. The delivery person had difficulty gaining entrance to the building, but was very polite to my elderly parents when placing the chair in their apartment in a very tight space. They responded within the hour, had in stock the equipment I wanted and gave me all the information I needed. When I went to pick up the equipment, the owner and staff could not have been nicer. They took the time to assemble the chair and show me how to disassemble it. They even gave me some restaurant recommendations in the area! Hello, I found this business close to my work and had no prior knowledge of them and I had never rented a wheelchair before. I have now used them 3 times to rent a chair for my 80 year old mother for vacations that would involve too much walking for her. I found them to be very professional, priced very well, great hours and great customer service.
