We needed something to allow her to get around the house and to the bathroom. I had planned to buy online but decided to check in here due to exceptionally helpful service in the past, and they took our specific needs into account and found something better and less expensive than anything I could find in my research; and had it rushed to the store within a few days. It's exactly what we needed. In my experience, you'd be hard pressed to get better service or prices.
