When I asked another manager (tall guy with glasses) about return policy for goggles on sale he had zero customer service and unapologetically said under no circumstances (I wanted to buy them and take them home to ask my wife what she thought). I told my wife about the staff and she said the same girl had been crass to her as well. So i didn't buy them and went to Skiis and Bikes where no one was a dick.

The staff were very helpful, gave good advice and recommendations. They have a good amount of choice and gear. I'd say if you didn't know exactly what you wanted while you may not be lost, its not easy peasy. Their prices are competitive with other places and even the large box stores. The one thing I find could use a bit of improvement was ability to get help. They seemed busy that it's tough getting help. They should notice the lost customers immediately. But when you do get help, they devote their attention to you and don't get distracted easily.

I tried to find a soccer store in Toronto that would help me print the numbers on my jersey but had no luck (tried calling in2sports, goalplanet etc. but they wouldnt do it unless i buy their jersey/ buy the number sets in their store). I found soccer maxx online so i decided to swing by to see if they would help me. The owner of the store was kind enough to help me print the jersey and asked if i know the temperature settings for the prints. I provided all the information to him and 10 minutes later my jersey is ready to go!! Thought it would be rather expensive but he only charged me 2 bucks for that. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend this place!
