I needed a small amount of shingles that no other roofing companies I reached out to were able to assist with. Either they did not do small homeowner requests or did not have what I needed. I only needed one shingle repaired, and while other roofing companies wanted to charge $475 just to come out, Hise Roofing was willing to do the job for a much more reasonable price. They worked the repair in between other jobs and still made time to get out to the house quickly. That meant a lot, because this repair needed to be done in time for closing. I knew exactly what I was purchasing. Gator came immediately to perform the Wind Mitigation Inspection and another day to check on clean up and my seamless gutters were secure. After speaking with their office personnel they came out the next day to assess my gutter problem. They arrived the next day to correct the problem. I am very satisfied using them They did a total reroof & installed gutters on my home. When the rain started running over one corner of the gutter they came out and fixed it with no charge and a smile. The gutter that was leaking happened to be one that was installed when our pool was installed, but they just fixed it with no questions asked. I had Hise Roofing do a metal roof a d new gutters for me. They did an excellent job, I got to meet the owner and both his sons, they are great people and run great business. They have some fine hard working employees that take pride in their jobs. They came highly recommended by another roofing company that wouldn't even quote doing a metal roof because of the style of my home and roof, but Hise Roofing quoted it and got it done for me. My uncle had a set of gutters installed on each side of his house. It was a small job but he was made to feel like he was a VIP customer, and the price charged was better than the other bid we received. After the job was done, my uncle called because he wanted something changed and he wasn't charged any extra. They stand by their work. Fast work, prompt service, and a quality job. Had the roof installed in December of 2018. I noticed some water in my ceiling light in the kitchen recently. I called and asked if they could send someone to look at the roof because it must be leaking. There is no pipes in my second story ceiling so I knew it was the roof. A guy came out, spent about 30-45min on the roof. When he came back down he said that a screw or nail was tightened too much which caused a gap which allowed the water to get in. When I asked him about the ceiling he told me that when it dried out that it would harden back up. Week it didn't, when I called them back asking them about the ceiling, I was told that they don't do ceilings and that they are only responsible for the leak in the roof. As for the damage that was directly caused by there poor workmanship they had no responsibility to fix it. They didn't even offer to reimbursment for the repair. I don't know how they are A+ bbb rated. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. read more
