From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. First off, the consultation process was smooth, thoughtful, and collaborative. Brisia really took the time to listen to my ideas, asked insightful questions, and offered creative suggestions I hadn't even considered. The final design blew me away--it was EXACTLY what I wanted, but better. The studio was spotless, welcoming, and had a great vibe. Cleanliness and professionalism were clearly top priorities, which made me feel completely comfortable and safe. First experience: My wife went to Bri for a tattoo meant to cover up a quote. She paid $800 for the complete tattoo, and Bri told her to come back later to finish it. After the appointment, my wife reached out multiple times over several months to schedule that follow-up session, but received no response at all. When she finally managed to get a reply after asking for a partial refund (since the original quote is still completely visible through the tattoo), Bri ignored several messages again and ultimately refused to offer any refund. She insisted that the tattoo was "finished" and that my wife had already paid in full -- even though Bri herself had originally said it wasn't done. When my wife tried to explain her concerns, Bri's response was basically, "Well, it is what it is." Extremely dismissive and unprofessional behavior. Second experience: My own tattoo experience with Bri was even more disappointing. My beloved bird passed away in April, and I didn't have clear paw prints to use for a memorial tattoo. I sent Bri multiple pictures of my bird's feet and asked if she could replicate them. She said yes, enthusiastically, and I booked an appointment. When I arrived at the shop, Bri didn't have the tattoo prepared at all. She quickly drew something up on the spot, but the stencil looked nothing like my bird's feet. She told me it was "just a rough outline" and that she'd "fix it as she went," so I trusted her. I also specifically told her I wanted it done in the same exact style as the other bird feet tattoos I already have. This tattoo meant a lot to me, so I couldn't watch as she worked on it. When she finished and I finally looked, my heart dropped. The pads of the feet weren't aligned, the size was too small, the toes were curved incorrectly -- it looked nothing like my bird's prints or the style that I requested. When I brought it up, Bri said she had "put her own twist on it." That's not what I asked for, and it was completely unprofessional to change something so sentimental without permission. Now I'm left with a tattoo that doesn't resemble my deceased bird's feet at all -- something that was meant to be deeply meaningful, but instead became a painful reminder of how careless the process was. I tried reaching out to see if she could fix it, but I ran into the same unresponsiveness that my wife experienced. Between the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwillingness to take responsibility for mistakes, I can confidently say: Save yourself the headache. Do not book with Bri.

A micronap that I can never seem to get in the comfort of my own home occurs at EL more often than not and... I'm not mad about it, lol. She properly numbed it before she began and reapplied a few times as needed if I ever started to feel even a twinge of pain. It also felt remarkably quick compared to what I thought it would be. Bonus points for the comfy set up and thing she puts under your knees when you lay down. The BEST part was how meticulous she was and that she will measure and draw a little according to what you want, then check in to see if you have any tweaks. She did this with shape, color, etc, and also periodically while she was microblading to make sure we were on the right track. LOVE my results. So happy I did it!

Lash extensions, first round was awful, WAY too much glue, my eyes were burning for days, even in the shower, it was painful and awful. Also, I had to go back and get them filled in because the first round was minimal lashed for $150.00. She was awesome and allowed me to come back and fill them in at no charge. But... I still had to go back and schedule another 1 hour to get them done the way they should have been done the first time, this has a lot to do with why I didn't score this company so high. Again, they are nice and all, but for me, I went elsewhere for more modern up to date first time good experience.
