The Session was my company's chef for about two years. Every weekday, for two years, he would come up with unique menus for both vegetarians and meat-eaters, shop for the ingredients, and cook the food onsite for 13 employees. He was such a breeze to work with, always open to feedback about how the food was, and created beautiful, healthy meals in an hour. We are relocating the company 8 hours away and sadly won't be able to use him as our chef anymore but I would recommend The Session for catering needs and personal chef needs in a heartbeat. Kory was amazing! He was super responsive when I first reached out and worked with me to come up with a perfect menu for a group of five with many dietary restrictions. Even though he is a vegan, he cooked fish expertly. He has a great personality and was super fun to work with, and his food was absolutely delicious!
