Every weekday, for two years, he would come up with unique menus for both vegetarians and meat-eaters, shop for the ingredients, and cook the food onsite for 13 employees. He was such a breeze to work with, always open to feedback about how the food was, and created beautiful, healthy meals in an hour. We are relocating the company 8 hours away and sadly won't be able to use him as our chef anymore but I would recommend The Session for catering needs and personal chef needs in a heartbeat. Not only is the food great but the information Kory provides you with makes you feel better and informative of what foods you are putting into your body. Even though he is a vegan, he cooked fish expertly. He has a great personality and was super fun to work with, and his food was absolutely delicious!
