I hired Tableside to cook an at home Mother's day dinner for my family and in-laws. Prior to the dinner, I was able to review and choose from a number of different foods to create an amazing menu. We had Noah as our chef. Noah arrived right on time and went straight to work. He was a maestro in the kitchen. Not only did he cook, but he helped serve the food and the wine. After each course, he washed the dishes and kept the kitchen very clean. The food was excellent. I was absolutely blown away by Kevin's food and presentation. From the start he got back to me right away after my initial call to him. He asked me to email him which dishes from his menu we wanted for our dinner party and within 48 hours sent me a quote for the food and rentals. He and his staff arrived on time and then proceeded to assemble the long tables, decor, and place settings. Everyone loved the food and we have some tough critics in our group. The artichoke and spinach stuffed mushrooms and prosciutto wrapped chicken skewers were a big hit. The potato crusted halibut and seasonal veggies were delicious!!!
