Do not got here. They have a staff that is clueless to the point of sale machine used at check out. Over charged me (with a $40 tip to the staff) and when I noticed - after they processed the ticket...the response was literally this - "Geeezzz I do t know how this system works!" This company has people not trained and taking money. Shady. No attempt to make right the situation- literally the staff just didn't care that I was over charged by $40 That's simply the best way to lose a customer. read more

Today was my first time going to The Set. The building is beautiful and the store is aesthetically very nice and organized. They had a broad selection with samples to smell. They also have cards explaining the effects, THC levels, etc. It's like an art gallery for weed! I couldn't ask for better assistance as well. Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I don't wanna blow up my spot but this is bar none the best dispensary on the East Side, maybe in town. It's just a nice experience, period. Plenty of parking in their lot, tons of product (flower, pre-roll, various edibles, even a fridge with a bunch of drinkables, plus a few accessories), that are easily accessible for browsing, transparent price lists for everything so you don't have to ask a hundred times to compare, every person there is friendly and helpful, and the big kicker for me is the space just doesn't feel like a dispensary, it's clean and well-designed. Great space and selection and it seemed like the service was good, until... My wife and I went in to get her some sleep gummies, but they were out of them (Papa and Barkley) so the guy pointed us toward the tincture made by the same brand, said it was also for sleep. It did not work so she went back to explain and was told she bought the wrong one--the one we got (guided by the guy to do so) is for inflammation. Instead of offering a replacement, they offered a 20% on another purchase. The tincture was $99! Not small change. No matter what she said they denied further recourse. Not cool at all. read more
