The ladies at the front desk are always really kind and informative whenever I have a question(s) about their selection of products. Today for example, in the midst of having a hectic morning, Ms. Erika (my apologies if I misspelled her name) who was opening the shop - set my mood for the better for the rest of the day just off her costumer service and how polite she was. I am also a big fan of their strands and pricing because they don't add fees like other dispensaries in the area. Absolutely horrid experience. I went on a Saturday and bought an eighth of their weed on sale ("saturday special"). When I got home and looked at it, the weed was yellow and moldy. It was super dry and there were cobwebs in it and little white fluffs (mold). I even made posts on Reddit and Grasscity asking if it was okay to smoke, and literally every person said hell no. A few people even said this is illegal and a safety hazard. I went back and politely explained that this bud looks tainted and I would just like a replacement or my money back. They said that it's "just burnt by the light" and that the best they could do is give me ten dollars off a new eighth. In my opinion, and everyone else's on the forums I posted, the weed they sold me has BOTH light burns and mold, which is crazy. If I smoked their weed it would probably give me pneumonia. Even more, I sent a picture of it to my girlfriend's sister who works as a quality sorter for weed. She straight up said that it was tainted and her place throws out weed like that. I've come in a few times. The first time was with a girlfriend of mine as she was picking up a few items to help with her anxiety. I was really impressed. Everyone there is so friendly but at the same time so professional, from the folks who welcome you and check your ID to the folks who are bud-tenders and can really give you information on all the different things that they have going on there, whether it be wax, flowers, edibles, tinctures, etc. I had absolutely no clue what I'd be looking for but now that I've had some terrible pain in my left hand from a somewhat old injury, I came in looking for some possible ways to relieve the pain. Plenty of suggestions were made and I was able to find some gummies that helped to at least take the edge off so that I could get some relief and finally some sleep. This business discriminates against disabled people. As the world becomes harsher, we as a community cannot support businesses who try to pick on and intimidate the weak - especially the disabled. I was chased out of their by one of their goons for saying "don't discriminate against disabled people." Neither of their ATMs worked, so I was told to walk to a gas station to get money. My disability makes walking (and especially standing) a very painful experience. I asked the woman if I could keep my place in line when I got back and she assured me I wouldn't have to stand in a line. This was a lie. When I came back, she let two people in front of me while I stood there. She was super aggressive and dismissive. When she asked "what I wanted," I said "for this business to not discriminate against the disabled." At that point their goon rushed over and chased me out. We should not support supposed "community businesses" that discriminate and attempt to intimidate the disabled, or anyone else. We don't need them! read more

That's the upside The staff behind the sales counter, however is inconsistent, and lately unhelpful and lacking in knowledge about the products (or if they are knowledgeable, they are certainly reluctant to share any advice.) My last two visits, they projected an attitude of, "God, I wish I were any place but here." When I asked about the products, she sighed and read to me some of the text on the label. Period. Then looked past me like I was ruining her day. Zero social skills or apparent interest in any of the products. Why have someone like that in a job where they need to interact with the public? Or maybe it was my fault for being older than 60, a pathetic old geezer? Compared to this place, the customer service at 7-Eleven is like shopping at Tiffany's. Been coming here for a while. Always a hit or miss with this place. The biggest issue I have is they dont update their online menu. I place an order online and when i get the the product is out. Happens VERY often. So then i resort to calling in. The Security guard with the beard is chill af, no issues with him. The other security guard though, i have no idea what his issue is. He sometimes answers the phone in a weird way, sometimes with a "comedic" thick heavy accent with a very loud tone that you really cannot understand. When i get there, hes always giggling with the girl there, so it makes me think hes just trying to be funny or impress her. I did not appreciate sitting out front while I was sick after being at the door waiting in the cold for 10 min waiting till 10:10 for the store to open then had to wait till 10:20 to even go in because the lady was "late". Front desk needs training immediately. Very rude and unwelcoming. Specifically the guy with the disfigured ears. He never says hello, or asks for ID or even look at you.
