Once you get up to the cabin it a a magical experience with a spacious wood interior and painted sky and when it's nice out watching bands on the lawn in the Adirondacks facing the stage is where it is at. So many epic sunsets with good music and good brews up here this year. Come here for the first time, come back and check it out. Love this place.

The outside area is super cute, the inside is unique and taverny, and the staff were so nice. I also loved their merch. What left a bad taste in our mouths was the beer (literally). I so badly want to love this spot but the beer is just bad. We are avid brewery visitors, locally and around the country, and even have friends who brew and this is the only spot where no one at the table wanted to finish a beer. We ordered 2 flights both times to get a sense of everything they do, and every single beer was mediocre with a horrible aftertaste. I wish this spot would work on 1-2 flagship brews and make them taste as good as the spot feels. We probably will not be back and with so many other great options around, wouldn't recommend.

The weather was awesome and the prices where not to bad for food and craft items alike. Maple fest really shows a part of Vermont that is sometimes forgotten. The parade was also a lot of fun. This year is was on Sunday afternoon around 1pm. Bring a chair if you are going to go! Its worth it. The parade lasted for about an hour and a half. The maple food was also amazing. Creeme's, maple candies and even some cotton candy! Come hungry its well worth trying food out. Prices are also pretty fair for what you get. All of the staff seemed friendly and ready to help! So there you have it. If your in VT and never been to the fest your missing out! Its worth the trip.

When we entered, there was no greeter or sign asking us to take a table, so we sat on a handy couch while golfers, fresh from the links plodded past. Finally, one of our group snagged one of the two waitresses who directed us to take our choice of tables, all of which save one was available. The menu listed a nice selection of dinners, most of which, we were informed, were not available. On closer examination, we saw the menu instructed us to "Check the Chronicle or our website at orleanscc.com for the weekly posting."

When entering the first of the 2 theaters I went into I was excited to see very welcoming seats, cushiony, that recline a little even. Then I looked to my right so see a shorter person that was unable to even see over the seat in front of them without sitting on their feet. But this was not too big of a concern, as they had 8 minutes after the movie was supposed to start to figure out their seating position, and that was just when the movie previews started. The modern surround sound was a great addition to the previous cinema in this location, but the same small screens and lack of even a ceiling fan really detract from the viewers comfort. The second theater had the same seats as the first but were actually put in in a stadium seating fashion, making the screen visible which was much appreciated. An important note is that I have yet to see their main theater, as they had a highly anticipated film in a small theater, while a small animated film was shown in the large one, with half the audience size. The real killer for me was the lack of a refill. I wanted, very much, to enjoy this movie going experience as its the only theater in the area. This place is great for maybe a matinee where you bring your own snacks, and you're tall, and like stale air. If not I suggest putting in the extra gas money and going somewhere more people friendly.
