I don't remember seeing more quality items in this type of shop in a long time I guess it's name "department store" really separates it from so many beach stores scattered along the coast. There work always looks professional and it's always ready in a week from the day I dropped it off. There prices are always what I consider to be very reasonable. I assume they have some of the best equipment and/or artist/technicians based on their work. I have no doubt there is an art involved in this. I'm giving them 5 stars because based on what their business does they deserve it. On the other hand this has nothing to do with embroidery but I'm an almost 72 year old man. Last time I went in to pick up my order I asked to use their rest room (Very important at the time!) - I was told "We don't allow anyone to use our rest room" - I kind of looked like him like he was crazy. He's lucky I didn't pee all in his store. I can't respect anyone who has that little empathy, not even for his own customers. Obviously he has no clue yet what it's like to be my age!
