This store is much more focused on its students who attend the classes than your average customer. The general impression is that customers are a nuisance to them. If you ask a question, their answers are abrupt with no follow up. I've asked for assistance with selecting the proper yarn weight and learned to look it up rather than ask. It just isn't a pleasant place to be. If you need yarn, go but if you're traveling don't bother. Order from an online store. It's what I've started to do.
