I went to Worcester Wares to order some custom shirts for my small business. I paid the full price up front (mistake on my part) and patiently waited for the project to progress. I promptly sent in all of the graphics needed to make the various shirts I had ordered. Months into the project I was informed the the owner was dealing with some personal matters, which I was understanding and patient about. She did deliver some of the products I had ordered, and indicated that she was working on the remaining products. Some of the shirts had a defect, which she said she would rectify. The hoodies that I ordered were supposed to feature a large logo on they back, which the ones she delivered did not. After that visit, it was radio silence. I sent several emails and messages inquiring about timeframe for delivering the remaining items, but did not get any response from her, or from anyone at Worcester Wares. I began this process in early December 2025, and paid for my items in full at our initial meeting. It is now May the following year, and I have not hard anything from the owner since February when she dropped off a few of the items I had ordered, despite several emails and phone calls. Unfortunately I would not recommend Worcester Wares to another business. I am now out several hundred dollars and have only a small handful of the shirts that I ordered, some of which were not made as ordered. Very disappointing.

The place was way to bright and well lit and poorly decorated for an occult shop and even though they had a couple of adorable kitties, the smell of the kitty litter from wherever it was kept (it's wasn't the room that was the shop). Was overpowering, even with all the incense and candles about. But again, the owner/manager is very nice. Also, their website seems to be better stocked and reasonably priced (I only glanced at it.)

Quilling Card was founded in 2011, and its employees design and manufacture quilled greeting cards…read more The greeting cards are handmade in Fair Trade workshops by employees who undergo several months of training. Their website explains how each greeting card begins with a print, and then the artisan threads strips of Japanese kishu paper into a tight coil that is then molded into the desired shape and glued. Each card takes about one hour to make! I first purchased these quilled cards several months ago in a museum gift shop, and recently I made my second purchase directly through the company's website. Many of the greeting cards had designs of nature, such as animals and flowers. Other cards were for special occasions, such as birthdays and holidays. Customers can even order customized cards as well as quilled earrings, ornaments, and wall art. I bought cards for birthdays, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. The company shipped my package on the same day as my order, and the package took three days to arrive at my home. The greeting cards look beautiful, and I feel eager to share them with my family and friends. Prices were several dollars per card, but after looking at the craftmanship of these cards, I think that the prices were worth it.
