This has to be the worse of the worse "attorneys" or "law…read morefirms." No communication. I don't even believe there is an attorney attending to anything because when I asked to speak to her I was put on hold for an hour. Their "finance dept" guy Andy is incompetent and kept charging my bank account when he wasn't supposed to then lied and said he didn't. I have a paper trail. They add fees when they haven't done work, and then when you ask for a statement of account, they get pissed off. I asked for him to not charge my account anymore and refund me the double charge and even though THEY made the mistake they still tried to charge me for it!! I wasn't having it. I requested documents proving that I owed what they said (because their numbers didn't match mine), and I was given the run around for almost a whole month. Because the lack of competence with this company, I asked to have my money returned and did not want to work with them. The lady I spoke to via phone call was yelling and talking shit to me (I have the recorded call). She calls me back and apologizes and begs me to continue to work with them. Because this was an already stressful situation I decided to move forward... or lack thereof. Again, no communication. Payments still being withdrawn before the contractual date and time, and then after a payment was already made they would again, take more money out. I asked for statements of account again & no replies for days! I then requested to speak to the attorney handling the case. That didn't go so well. I then get an email saying I was rude towards their staff and they didn't want to work with me. One, I never once was rude. I asked several times for my statements and got dismissed by the requests. Then when I asked to speak with the attorney -that was the end of it. See photos. I was never rude. I was questioning the red flags that kept coming up. There's no Rita, and the people that do work here are absolutely disgusting and have no idea of the laws. I get a refund check of $1500 and not the full $1750 of what I paid to them AND that check took WEEEEKS to get. My new attorney called their office and spoke to Andy. When my attorney asked to speak to an attorney, he was also put on hold. No one came back on, so my attorney told Andy that if I wasn't given back my money they would be sued and by him. I got my check. But it was $250 less than I had paid. I paid $1750, not $1500. I do not recommend this place. They have two yelp pages. Horrible people, scammers, so BEWARE! I have uploaded photos of parts of a conversation where I kept asking for statements (look at the dates), and you can see how they didn't want to give me one. I asked about the discrepancies on the accounting side and was given lies.

That's an actual crime, in addition to being just a crappy thing to do to people in crisis. I was actually suspicious when she laughed and told me that I could just stop paying the IRS because I was going to go into bankruptcy anyway. I can't imagine an attorney ever telling me to do that. So I did some digging and sure enough she's an assistant. She's not even a paralegal. I feel so icky because who knows how many people she's done this to. My bankruptcy has been discharged unbeknownst to me. I had no ideal. The only reason I found out is because of an alert I received from my credit report over the weekend. I keep requesting a phone call to discuss business matters, but they will only send text & screenshots. I have no formal document in print or by email. My car company provided me more bankruptcy information than I ever got with the lawyers I paid. The lawyer & the assistance Alexis has nasty tones & microaggressive. This whole company is a joke. Ryan, the owner said he has too many cases to be focus on mine and then tried to ridicule me for having financial difficulties. A BANKRUPTCY LAWYER who makes money off the backs of people who are in financial distress. If I had to do it all over again, I would've done more research & filled the paperwork myself.
