He got a new part ordered for our heat pump and answered all our questions. The price for the late night service call was reasonable and so worth it to keep our kids warm on such a cold night. Owner agreed to have it fixed, after 6 months of promises that someone would be out or that it was turned over to his insurance, still no resolve. He would not give me his insurance and claim number.
