Turns out the installer from another company didn't do the wiring right. He had our heat back on and was very helpful and honest. He got a new part ordered for our heat pump and answered all our questions. The price for the late night service call was reasonable and so worth it to keep our kids warm on such a cold night. Of those that would I got the best bid from Josh and then each of the jobs came in at $50 less than what Josh said they would. Had a new Heat and Cooling system installed. The thermostat was installed incorrectly which caused…read morethe heat to not shut off. While out of town the thermostat was set at 69 but was over 100 degrees in the house for multiple days. When we returned we contacted the business and they fixed the thermostat but the Vinyl flooring was damaged. Owner agreed to have it fixed, after 6 months of promises that someone would be out or that it was turned over to his insurance, still no resolve. He would not give me his insurance and claim number. Promises made over and over again but excuse after excuse. Take your business elsewhere.
