He was efficient, communicative and made my coworkers and I feel safe and at ease. I have since hired him four or five different times for numerous projects at my home. He has proven knowledgeable, willing to find answers on things that may not have been his area of expertise, and to help me problem solve and troubleshoot many things, even outside of plumbing (but within the construction field). He is respectful, trustworthy, and I have seen him interact professionally with my dogs and children as he came and went on some of my extended projects. Again, he made us all feel safe, and comfortable, as he worked, from start to finish. Finally, I took a chance and called one of the plumbers with the small ad on the second page of shops. Bingo!!! I talked to Dave the owner who said his coworker Mark, would be out shortly.
