I met Juan at the store, got a bid right there. Went to see the slab. Picked a slab. The team came down and removed the old Formica countertops in around two hours and cleaned up. The next week the team came down and did a beautiful install in around 3 hours and cleaned up. Juan is cool and the team is friendly and are total pros. I was told it would be difficult to find a black marble remnant but Juan did it. I was able to cover both a table and to renovate a very old bathroom vanity which now both look great. He and his company also installed a new bathroom cabinet and when one of the drawers was a bit too tight to fit properly in the small space- it was corrected promptly. I can't say enough about the care that Ivan and Felipe took trying to get the stains out of my custom countertop and then recaulking and sealing of them. I continue to use them, as they have all shown up on time, taken care to not make or leave a mess and also are honest about the ability of the cleaners and sealers to remove the stains that my tenants have left on my countertops. They have also regrouted an entire master bathroom shower for me as well. They have also pointed out that when resealing my countertops, I would be well served by also regrouting where the countertops meet the wall and around the sink. read more

First of all, I wish I never spent any money here. Not reliable at all. Let's just start off with the crappy work they do. I bought a slab from them, labor and install. The slab was cut crooked and he had to fix it after it was installed after I told him to cut it before hand. Tried to install a short back splash and hide it with caulking. All this exposed ugly wood they put under the sink. We spent 1,400 on material on labor for this ugly mess?? Please do not come shop here!!! I'm going to have to re do the install myself and safely secure the sink to the vanity. Now I have a not so happy wife and ugly install of this beautiful vanity. Please please!!!!. Don't make the same mistake as me. I also tried contacting him the day of the install to show all this with no response at all. read more

We were completely transparent about us going with another place because they were going to be doing our entire kitchen, including the counters. However, it did not work out with them and we came back to this place because they were initially great. I was amazed to see how the attitude of the woman in the front had changed! She refused to work with us because we decided to go with someone else. She got on her high horse and even though one of the employees was there saying that they could do it, she said no because we didn't pick them in the first place. That's completely fine by me, but my oh my, the owner really did let this woman (who is his gf) deny service to a customer about to drop several thousands of dollars. A completely 180, completely petty and unprofessional of this woman, I would highly recommend to go elsewhere! My mother is redoing her kitchen and we have been shopping around for countertops and tile. This was one of the many places we have been to. Customer service is great! The person in the front was very friendly (she even gave my daughter some play dough to intertwined her while we looked around).
