The lady I encountered was very rude . I asked her if they did UPS and instead of saying yes she screamed that they had all these signs that said UPS. I went outside and they had one little poster with a small UPS logo . I'll go outside of my way the next time I have to ship something. read more

The lady was very rude and acted like she was annoyed that we came into the shop. My order did get shipped, but the rudeness was so bad it really impacted my experience in a negative way. I'll drive 30 minutes next time to the next town, just to avoid this lady's frown. read more

My husband and I went in to see about shipping some items. The young lady who was at the desk said that she was very busy, even though there was no one else in the store at the time, and to leave the items because it would take her a while to get the items packed for shipping and that she would call us with a price for the shipping. She did call a couple of hours later with such an outrageous sum that my husband told her that we would come back and pick the items up. Never mind. The shipping was going to cost much more than the items in the box. At which point she said "Hold on, I can send them USPS Parcel Post for about half the price of what I quoted", which was FedEx or UPS. Parcel Post is what we had originally asked for. She did indeed quote a price that was half of her original quote, and said that that was the sum that would be charged to our credit card. Being honest, trusting people he said ok, go ahead. The items did come USPS Parcel Post, broken. When we received our credit card bill the next month she had charged it for the original outrageous sum. The shipping supplies cost as much as the postage. We should have gone back for a copy of the receipt. She did not offer to email us a copy. Customer beware! I will never go here again for anything. I will stick with the good old USPS, where I have never had a problem or been overcharged. I would not do business here, unless you are there to sign the receipt and verify what you are being charged. Cleveland is a small town. Cleveland, GA is a small town so I shop online a lot and sold some things on E-bay in the last two years so I have used The Shipping Depot many, many times. They give such quality and quick service! I don't go anywhere else now. I also am teaching at Lanier Technical College part time. I have my handouts and teaching materials for my class copied at the Shipping Depot every week as they have great quality copies and have the best price in Cleveland! They are able to copy the materials for me quickly. I have been happier using the services at The Shipping Depot for the last two years I have lived here. The people who run this store are incredible. Will go above and beyond to help with anything they are able to. Even will help with tech support when you don't know how to use your device too well. They do not charge for labor when packing for you, only for the materials. Would MUCH rather come here than to our local post office. They even will tape everyone's box's for FREE when post office refuses. Will ALWAYS use you guys! read more

Friendliest staff. Always go above and beyond to meet all customers needs even things that they do not HAVE to do for all but still do. Best packing possibly with pottery or anything fragile. Always convenient and fast service. Easiest way to get stamps instead of going to pain in butt post office here. Great prices for copies too! Will tape ur drop offs up for free!! I've used the Shipping Depot located in Cleveland, Ga. many times. On each occasion I've been treated well by the staff and had my packages handled very efficiently. After extensive research along with a few phone calls, I found The Ship Station on John W Morrow Jr Pkwy to have the MOST reasonable prices for monthly rentals. You can't "rent by month" but in 3 month or longer increments. I called and was taken care of like a pro. Yvonne and her husband are beyond friendly, they make you feel like family. Yvonne reminded me of another awesome female business owner... Me. She was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Once we came in (a few weeks later) she immediately welcomed us and was just as beautiful as I imagined. Her personality shines, and so does her attention to detail. The facility was FAR more than expected. I mean... if I had unlimited money to spend on "wants" I would buy so much stuff for myself or friends/family. I would probably spend way too much there and not regret it. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, but Yvonne is a dream. I love coming in for my weekly city visit to pick up my mail and chat it up with Yvonne. TRIGGER ALERT: Not only can you rent a U-Haul trailer, but you can pick up a Christian shirt or a Trump cup. For those who hate 45, you won't notice those things as the store is filled with something for everyone. I'm very MAGA and I appreciate seeing my Cheeto man on items I can purchase for gifts. So yeah - go ahead and get mad, I miss my low gas prices, rent, and food prices as well as a president who can read a teleprompter or walk up stairs. "more than half the women in my administration are women" - Biden *Shrug The Ship Station also has (I can't remember the name) cool interchangeable jewelry buttons. Hard to describe but I took a picture. I want them all like Pokemon. I'll have to extend my mailbox rental due to... I didn't know my new place in the mountains has no mail delivery. Real talk, I don't mind being a long term customer and driving 45 minutes to get my mail from The Ship Station. I have a key and can grab my mail after hours, but I'd rather come in and be an in person patron of a pleasant smile, warm conversation, and good memories evoking positive store ambiance scents with my mail. When I drove 1 hour to see the "in stock" item, mysteriously, it wasn't there And they weren't sure if they actually had it in a warehouse or not.
