All I wanted to do was have a piece of mail delivered. That's it. I wasn't asking for something out of left field. I was just trying to get accomplished what the postal service has been doing reliably for about 250 years! However, in this case, I WAS asking too much. And when I tried to rectify the situation, all I got for my trouble, was the royal runaround! In this case, it might be better if I just jumped in my car, drive the 8 hours it will take me to get there, and just hand deliver it to the person. COME ON USPS DO BETTER!

The hours of operation are the best of all of the post offices around town, however it the branch itself is very busy and can take extra time if you're in a hurry. There are several mailboxes outside where you can pull up and just leave your mail. They also have handicap parking out front with a fairly large parking lot. This is a full-service post office that has post office boxes, stamps, supplies, , and usually a staff of 3 to 4 attendants.

I called the office with my concern and they diligently tried to find it. After a few failed attempts, we were able to find a satisfactory resolution. Although it was inconvenient and frustrating for them to lose my package, I appreciate how seriously they took resolving it. I do enjoy going inside.
