I went to GigaParts looking for a small fan to put near stereo equipment that Dave said was hotter…read morethan he liked. This store is huge and very clean. It is in the old Burlington building off University. Upon walking in, 2 sales associates welcomed us and the one closest to us asked if we needed any help. Dave explained why we were there and he and the young man spoke for a few minutes. I walked around looking at all the items. I was asked a couple of times if I needed help. The salesman took Dave straight to a shelf that had several fans on it. They weren't the type of fans we needed. I was impressed this young man knew where the fans were in the store because the store is huge! He knew the type of fan Dave was looking for and he mentioned he didn't think they had what Dave wanted but he would show the fans they did have. The salesman was correct about the fans they had were not the right type. We thanked him for his time and left. 5/5 for customer service and knowledge of fans and where they are. The young man was great.

The device's protective case does little to protect the screen from blunt force trauma when the screen itself receives a rather significant direct pinpoint impact with the corner of hard object. The device probably would have been fine if I had just let it hit the floor, but my wanna be ninja reflexes tried to stop it's decent and caused more damage in the save. needless to say, I failed my reflex save. The phone is two years old but it still serves me well and most likely last a few more years. Instead of getting a new phone, which I would have to pay for the cracked screen anyway, I chose to just get this one fixed. Stacy, and several folks we know, have had much success with a local place called the Cell Phone Doctor. (I recommend booking an appointment. They are quite busy. You can book an appointment through their Facebook page. They respond within a couple of hours) I booked my appointment as Fritz Ling. When I paid my bill I provided my full name. Upon hearing the name the owner stopped what he was doing, looked at me with a slightly tilted head, and asked, "Do you know Samantha Fotovich?" I smiled, then responded, "Just a little bit. She's my oldest niece of all five of my favorite nieces. Matter of fact, just this last November my Wife and I officiated her wedding as we made her and Austin promise to be exceptional to each other forever and be best friends for life." "She teaches my son, Rami. You tell her I said Hi and that Rami misses her very much." He then directed his attention towards the cashier and said, "Go ahead and give him the 10% family discount." P.S. The establishment REGULARLY wiped down the door, the door handle, credit card machine, and anything else which came in contact with human touch. Judy really worked with me to get what I wanted. It wasn't exactly the same as my original idea, but that is because they use the letter press. I love what they made even more than my idea and I don't think a printer or copier would have made such pretty, dark, precise lettering. She also has color options and I found one that matched my invitation perfectly. They did my invitation, return addresses on the outer envelope, the sending address on the RSVP envelope, and the information card. I was not upset by the price at all, very reasonable. Judy was super nice, especially considering I was on wits end with these invites. They had my order ready in just four days, which in my opinion is amazing. She was always helpful as I called and emailed her, which really made it feel like she takes the time to put care into every order. I recommend Frost Printing 100%.

The machine that needed to be used couldn't read an SD card. I went home a brought it in on a stick. Nope. I eventually emailed the project - that would have saved me two trips had I known I could do that. My final trip was to pick up my book. Although I was told I would be called when my project was complete I never was. I ended up just going in hoping it was finished. It was and I loved the final product but getting to this point was more challenging than it really needed to be.
