It turns out Varsity returned them to the wrong location and OVER A YEAR had gone by. I got my items back, but Varsity didn't even offer a discount!! Their dry cleaning is usually good, but their delivery services and accountability are lacking. Lesson learned - keep track of the items you drop off!!
