We sat in the showroom for over 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged us, and we were the only ones there, and this was our 3rd visit. They did not get the shepards hole put into the foundation when the foundation was poured, so they said they would drill it, well that did not happen either. Now they want $30 additional to drill a hole and will not do that until its paid upfront. Designwise with the stone, all the type is overly large on this small stone. And when I wanted the kerning of the Last name letters adjusted, since I am a graphic designer I am sensitive to this, I was treated like I was crazy. Go somewhere else people, hopefully at least you will find better customer service.

After trying to solve the issues myself with quite a bit a kick but not fully saving my pants, I took them to Varsity Cleaners. They did a fantastic job cleaning and restructuring/pressing my trousers back to how I bought them. Varsity also has many delivery drop off points to make it very easy if you live remotely. I got a call from another location in a town 30+ miles away that I had items there for a long time that needed to be picked up. It turns out Varsity returned them to the wrong location and OVER A YEAR had gone by. I got my items back, but Varsity didn't even offer a discount!! Their dry cleaning is usually good, but their delivery services and accountability are lacking. Lesson learned - keep track of the items you drop off!!
